To improve the calibration precision of a shield machine attitude measure system ,a comprehensive study on principal fac-tors affecting the pointing accuracy of the calibration facility which was a three-axis rotary table was completed .Based on the multi-body system kinematics theory ,the topology structure of the system was described ,and a mathematical model of the overall pointing error was established according to the rotary table’s mechanical structure .Then a detailed error simulation was conducted to analyze and compare the various error items’ impact upon the pointing error .%为提高盾构导向测量系统的标定精度,探讨了影响其标定设备三轴转台指向精度的因素。基于多体系统理论,结合该转台的结构和运动特点,描述了系统的拓扑结构,建立了三轴转台指向误差的数学模型。在此基础上,通过仿真,详细分析比较了各误差项对转台指向精度的影响,为三轴转台的精度设计、误差分配以及误差补偿奠定了基础。
