电子产品装配线提升装置远程监控系统的设计

摘要

A design scheme of the remote control system based on GPRS and 485 communication for electronic product assembly line lifting appliance is presented in the paper .Kingview software is used to monitor the lifting device .The GPRS and the 485 communi-cation is used to achieve the communication between the remote monitoring center and field controller ,and the communication be-tween the field controllers .Monitoring and management of operation process is provided by this system .The lifting device operation process is recorded in real-time .It provides real-time ,accurate ,comprehensive information for the maintenance and management . Experiments show that the monitoring system has the advantages such as simple structure ,high reliability ,convenient maintenance .%针对电子产品装配线提升装置 ,设计了一种基于GPRS和485通讯的远程监控系统 ,系统采用组态王软件对提升装置进行监控 ,通过GPRS和485通讯实现现场主控制器与远程监控中心、现场设备之间的通讯链接 ,完成对提升装置运行过程的监测和管理 ,并实时记录提升装置的运行状态 ,为维护和管理人员提供了实时、准确、全面的信息.实验表明该监控系统结构简单、可靠性高、维护方便.
