基于 R 参数的数控刀具寿命管理程序开发

摘要

Manual management for NC tool life is difficult and inefficient in the flexible production .In view of above problems ,a tool life calculation method based on the number of used times of the tool is applied ,and a kind of tool life management NC program based on R parameters is developed .So ,tool life can be real-time monitored .Finally the program function is verified by one specific ex am ple .%针对柔性生产中存在的数控刀具寿命人工管理难度大、效率低等问题 ,采用累积刀具使用次数来计算刀具寿命的方法 ,开发出基于R参数的刀具寿命管理程序 ,实现了刀具寿命的实时监控 ,并通过具体实例进行了功能验证.
