机车转车盘的自动化控制

摘要

This paper is about the improvement of an original locomotive turntable .Adding the PLC ,inverter and position sensors makes the original locomotive turntable achieve automatic operation .The improved system reduces the impact on the circuit ,and overcomes the difficultly in destination track rail ,to make the locomotive turntable achieve accurate ,fast and efficient operation .It is also an effectively way to solve the problems in locomotive position control which is caused by turntable’s skid and large inertia .%对原有的机车转车盘进行改进，通过增加 PLC、变频器和位置传感器，使得机车转车盘实现自动化运行。改进后的系统减小了对电路的冲击，降低了对轨的困难，能够很好地使机车转车盘实现精确对轨，实现快速高效的作业；同时能有效地解决机车转车盘打滑和自身惯性给位置控制带来的影响。
