分析了起重机大车运行机构制动过程中能量的耗散途径,并在此基础上提出一种应用于该机构的ABS系统控制逻辑。ABS系统控制的点刹制动模式突破了车轮抱死对制动器制动力矩的限制,使得可以通过大幅增大制动力矩来改善其制动性能。以某库房用桥式起重机为原型,分别建立ABS系统控制的点刹制动和常规制动的简化数学模型,通过计算发现与传统模式相比ABS技术改造后的大车机构制动距离缩短近一半,制动时间只是略微减少。%According to the analysis of the energy dissipation in the braking process of crane big wheeled machine ,the paper presents a control logic of the antilock braking system(ABS) for the mechanism .The ABS can be used to increase the brake moment and improve the braking performance ,without any restriction from wheel lock in the inching braking .Based on a crane used in a storehouse ,the simplified mathematical models of conventional braking system and antilock braking system are set up respectively . The calculation results show that the barking distance of the crane big wheeled machine with ABS is nearly in half compared with the conventional one when its barking time is only slightly decreased .
