针对内齿轮激光扫描测量系统的标定问题,提出了一种基于标准圆环的参数估计算法。选取对表环规为标定件,根据标定圆环上各扫描点至其轴线距离的约束条件,建立了测量系统参数的非线性目标函数;用Levenberg‐Marquart算法对此目标函数进行最优估计,最终实现了参数标定。实验结果表明,本算法标定精度高、一致性好。%A parameter calibration algorithm is proposed in order to estimate the parameters of a laser scanning system for internal gear measurement .The algorithm based on a standard gauge is chosen for calibration .The distances between each scanning point on the internal surface of the gauge and its axis are used as constraints ,a nonlinear object function which intends to determine the parameters of the system is established .At last ,the nonlinear object function is optimized with the Levenberg‐Marquardt algorithm . The results show that the proposed algorithm arrives at an accurate calibration result with good precision .
