基于 TRIZ 的在役管道腐蚀检测装置创新设计

     

摘要

针对目前在役管道腐蚀检测装置存在的可靠性差、检测效率低以及适应性差等问题,对在役管道腐蚀检测装置进行改进设计。基于T R IZ方法,对现有管道腐蚀检测装置存在的问题进行分析,并应用相关工具解决问题,在此基础上设计出一种新型在役管道腐蚀射线检测装置。该检测装置采用8轮定位驱动机构以及滑块变径结构,实现系列在役管道高效可靠检测,满足实际检测要求。%Directed against the problems of poor reliability ,low detection efficiency and poor adaptability existed in the corrosion detection device for in-service pipeline ,an improved design was carried out on the corrosion detection device for in-service pipeline . TRIZ was used to analyze the problems of corrosion detection device for in-service pipeline ,and related tools of TRIZ were used to solve problems .The final design is a new type of corrosion detection device for in-service pipeline .The detection device uses 8 positioning drive structure and adjustable slider mechanism to achieve efficient and reliable detection for a series of in-service pipeline . T he detection device meets the actual detection requirements .
