基于 OptiStruct 的平板拖车轮毂拓扑优化设计

摘要

Based on topology optimization theory and finite element method ,the topology optimization of a trailer wheel hub was conducted by using OptiStruct software .After the optimum material distribution scheme was obtained ,the hub was redesigned .The results show that the stiffness and strength of the optimized hub is better than that of the original one ,and the weight is lighter too .%基于拓扑优化理论和有限元方法，采用OptiStruct优化软件对某型平板拖车轮毂进行了拓扑优化。得出最优材料分布方案后，对轮毂进行结构重新设计。结果表明：拓扑优化后轮毂的刚度和强度都比原始设计的要好，重量也更轻。
