关节轴承装配研究及加工误差影响分析

             

摘要

针对关节轴承与安装座的过盈装配问题,运用弹性变形理论对压装力作了理论分析,同时运用ABAQUS软件建立了其装配的有限元模型并对压装过程进行了仿真分析,并与理论分析作了对比,证明了仿真计算的可行性。同时,研究了加工座孔出现圆柱度误差如锥度误差时,轴承外圈最大应力、轴承外圈内侧的最大径向位移与最大压装力随锥度误差变化情况。研究结果表明锥度误差对装配质量有很大影响,分析结果可为轴承压装质量的改善提供一定的参考。%For the interference assembly of the joint bearing and the mounting base ,the elastic deformation theory was used to ana-lyze press-fit force .The finite element model was established and the simulation analysis was carried out on the process of press-fit by using ABAQUS software ,and the results were compared with the theoretical analysis data ,proving the feasibility of the simula-tion .Meantime ,when a taper error exists in the hole of the base ,the maximum stress of bearing outer ring ,maximum press fit and the maximum radial displacement of the inside of bearing outer ring have been studied .The study shows that taper error has a great influence on the assembly quality ,and the analysis results can provide a reference for improving the quality of bearing press-fit .
