In the transmission lines,the socket clevis acts as clamping and fixing line through cooperation with other parts,and the socket clevis is subjected to a large force,so it has very important significance to analyze and improve the structure of socket clevis.In this paper,WS-7-01 socket clevis is simulated by the Workbench software,and the stress distribution is obtained.The stress test is adopted to verify the simulation results.On this basis,the corresponding improved design project for socket clevis is put forward to achieve the purpose of improving strength and saving materials.%在输电线路中,碗头挂板通过与其他部件配合,起到对导线、地线的夹持和固定作用.在实际使用中碗头挂板受力较大,对其进行分析与结构改进具有非常重要的意义.运用Workbench软件对WS-7-01型碗头挂板进行有限元分析,获得碗头挂板的全场应力分布,并通过应力测试来验证有限元计算结果的正确性.在此基础上,对碗头挂板提出改进设计方案,从而提高了碗头挂板的强度,减轻了碗头挂板的质量.
