一种水下耐压电池舱的设计及仿真

     

摘要

In order to deal with the assembly design problems of underwater vehicles and meet underwater demands of stability ,heat dissipation performance ,a type of pressure battery compartment was designed by AutoCAD and Inventor softwares .The different modules of ANSYS Workbench software were also used to conduct the water pressure strength calibration ,modal analysis ,the internal battery cooling condition and the flow field calculation of the pressure battery compartment .The result has verified the reliability and credibility of the design ,furthermore it can provide some references for optimization and improvement of the structure design of the underwater vehicle energy system in the future .%为了配合水下航行器的设计装配,同时满足水下稳定性、散热等性能的要求,采用 AUTOCAD 和Inventor软件设计了一种水下耐压电池舱。使用ANSYS Workbench软件的不同模块对耐压电池舱进行了水深压力强度校核、模态分析、内部电池组散热情况分析及流场计算,验证了其设计的可靠性及可信性。该研究结果可为今后相关水下航行器能源系统的结构设计提供优化和改进的参考依据。
