新型极薄煤层采煤机截割机构运动学仿真研究

         

摘要

In order to study the kinematic parameters of cutting mechanism of a new type of super thin coal seam shearer, the three-dimensional modeling and simulation function in SolidWorks are used to establish and simulate the model of the new type of super thin seam coal shearer according to the principle of kinematics. The trajectory curve, velocity and celebration curves of drum pick are obtained. The simulation results indicate that ,pick movement trajectory of pick is cyclical, the speed and acceleration of all directions is a cycle of change. The results provide reference for studying the impact of movement parameters on the working performance of the super thin seam coal shearer.%根据运动学原理,运用SolidWorks的三维建模和仿真功能,建立了新型极薄煤层采煤机仿真模型,进行运动学仿真,得到滚筒截齿的运动轨迹曲线、速度曲线和加速度曲线。由仿真结果可知,截齿做复合运动,其运动轨迹是循环前进的,各个方向上的速度和加速度是周期变化的。该项研究为研究新型极薄煤层采煤机运动参数对工作性能的影响提供了理论方法和依据。
