基于ANSYS的造船用门座起重机臂架系统有限元分析

摘要

门座起重机的臂架结构直接承载起升载荷作用，文中应用ANSYS软件计算出臂架结构的应力、变形及固有频率，并对臂架结构的设计给予理论的指导，从而改善整机性能，并为同类型起重机臂架结构设计提供了参考。%Gantry crane jib structure can support the lifting loads directly. ANSYS software is used to work out the stress, displacement and inherent frequency of the crane jib structure. The calculation can take the guidance to the jib structure design. The crane performance is improved. The results provide some references for the design of the same type crane jib structure.
