浅析质量风险管理工具的选择

Based on discussion of prerequisites and principles of selection of quality risk management tools and brief analysis of common quality risk management tools,propose the train of thought and decision process for selection of quality risk management tools.Conclusion：The selection of quality risk management tools is critical to the effectiveness of quality risk management,the selected tools shall be appropriate for the risk questions,and the selection process shall be in compliant with standardized train of thought and decision process.%在对质量风险管理工具选择的前提与原则进行探讨以及对常用质量风险管理工具进行简要分析的基础上，提出关于进行质量风险管理工具选择的基本思路和决策流程。结论：风险管理工具选择的适当与否将极大地影响质量风险管理的效果，所选的风险管理工具应当适合所面临的风险问题，并且选择过程应当遵循规范化的选择思路和决策流程。
