船用螺杆压缩机转子受力有限元分析

摘要

综合考虑转子气体力、端面轴向力，建立了完整的螺杆压缩机转子受力的三维模型，并利用有限元分析软件对转子受力进行了计算，特别对转子端面受力的几种计算模型进行了分析对比。计算结果可为螺杆压缩机轴承和平衡活塞的选型设计提供参考。%A comprehensive model for force analysis of twin screw refrigeration compressor rotors is proposed in this paper, in which the gas force and end-face force are taken into account. Force calculation is performed under ANSYS. Several kinds of computation models for end-face force are analyzed and compared. The result provides a reference for design of bearings and balance piston.
