燃气灶开关阀研磨机设计

摘要

Aiming at the problem that the matching grinding between the valve core and valve body of the present gas cooker switch valve is mainly processed manually,a new grinding machine is designed and improved. The pneumatic and electrical components are controled by PLC,the automatic grinding clamping is achieved and the grinding strength is arbitrarily adjusted. It solves the processing problem of the great workload of grinding,high accuracy and various kinds for the valve body hole. Compared with the traditional manual grinding machine,the product percent of pass is improved by more than 35%and the grinding speed increases 5 times.%目前燃气灶具开关阀门的阀芯与阀体的配对研磨大多通过人工进行，针对此加工方式，改进设计一研磨机，通过PLC控制气动与电气元件，实现研磨自动装夹和研磨力度的任意可调，解决了阀体孔研磨工作量大、精度要求高、种类多的加工难题，与人工操作的传统研磨机相比，产品合格率提升了30%以上，速度提高了5倍。
