火焰原子吸收光谱法测定午餐肉罐头中锌的含量

摘要

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定午餐肉罐头中锌的含量，结果表明，所测样品中锌的含量为0．11mg／k，该方法简单、快速、准确度高，适用于午餐肉中锌含量的测定。%In this paper, flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the zinc content of canned luncheon meat. The results showed that zinc content in the sample was 0. 11 mg/kg. The method was simple, rapid and of high accuracy for determination of zinc content in canned luncheon meat.
