The wettability characteristic of riblet surface is studied through testing the riblet surface' contact angle. Riblet structure is manufactured on aluminum and steel plate using quasi-LIGA molding technology. This technology uses the ultraviolet radiation as the exposal source, then through development, surface activation, mi-cro-electroform and wiping photoresist, riblet surface is obtained. Riblet surface' wettability has been tested on the contact angle tester using the liquid drop. Experimental results show that riblet surface has changed the wettability of surface and the contact angle on the straight of the riblet surface is different with which is on the vertical of the riblet surface.%通过对铝基板及不锈钢基板上条纹沟槽表面接触角的测试,研究了条纹沟槽对材料表面润湿性的影响.试验用条纹沟槽表面采用准LIGA技术制备.该技术以波长为300~400 μm紫外光作为曝光光源,包括显影、表面活化、微电铸和去胶等工艺.接触角的测试采用DSA100接触角测试仪,选用液滴体积为5 μL.试验结果表明,条纹沟槽的存在能够改变材料的润湿特性,并且在平行于沟槽方向和垂直于沟槽方向的表面润湿特性存在各向异性.
