油井动态液面测量系统设计与实现

         

摘要

为及时准确地测量油井液面深度,研制了以C8051F060为核心的油井动态液面测量系统,并配有键盘和液晶显示组成小型操作系统,可实现信号调理、数据采集、图形显示、键盘控制、数据计算及串口通信等功能.介绍了该系统的测量原理、动态液面深度计算及软硬件实现过程.实验证明该系统结构设计合理、使用安全,实验数据满足精度要求.%A dynamic liquid-level measurement system of oil-well based on the C8051F060 chip is developed to measure the liquid-depth of oil-well timely and accurately, which composes a small operating system with a keyboard and a liquid crystal display. It realizes signal regulation, data acquisition, graphic display, keyboard control, data calculation serial communication and other functions. The measurement principle of system, dynamic liquid surface depth calculation and software and hardware realization process are introduced. The experiments prove that the structure of this system is reasonable, safe to use and the precision is satisfied.
