    • 摘要: 本文采用C8051F060单片机为控制核心,以快速傅里叶变换理论算法为基础,设计了音频信号分析仪.该分析仪可实现实时分析音频信号频谱,输入信号的总功率,正弦信号失真度等参数并显示.利用AD7520实现程控增益放大,扩大了输入信号动态范围,提高了输入信号灵敏度.

    • 摘要: The electro-hydraulic servo controller is an important part of the test-bed for the fan shaft fatigue test,static and dynamic load experiment.A kind of electro-hydraulic servo controller based on C8051F060 is designed.The design scheme of the system configuration for the controller was presented first,then the design of hardware and software for the controller was introduced in detail.The conventional proportion integration differential (PID) algorithm and feedforward PID control algorithm was analyzed with comparsion and studied,and a simulation experiment was carried out under the MATLAB,which verified good dynamic tracking performance of the controller.Finally performance test was done on the experimental test-bed.The experimental results show that the controller has the advantages of simple structure,high control accuracy,stable control,and good dynamic tracking performance as compared with the traditional one,and can meet the design requirements.%电液伺服控制器是风机轴系疲劳实验和动静载实验测试台的重要组成部分.设计了一种基于C8051F060的电液伺服控制器.给出了该控制器的系统结构设计方案,并详细介绍了控制器的硬件设计和软件设计.对常规PID算法和前馈PID控制算法进行了对比分析与研究,并在MATLAB环境下分别对其进行仿真,验证了前馈PID控制的良好动态跟踪性能.最后在实验测试台上测试性能,实验结果表明:该控制器与传统的控制器相比,具有结构简单,控制精度高、控制平稳,动态跟踪性能好等优点,能够满足设计要求.

    • 摘要: In the process of developing the logging instrument,the power consumption of the instrument should be monitored so that the instrument can be equipped with the proper battery.A detection system which can continuously monitor the small DC current in large dynamic range is designed,for system with weak current components for the continuous monitoring of special requirements,with high input impedance method and differential op amp I/V conversion method to extract signal amplification,multistage hardware filter circuit and digital filter with interference suppression method.The emphasis is to suppress the internal noise of the system and the external power frequency interference.In addition,the software can realize the automatic range conversion to meet the needs of large range current detection.After the experiment verify the system reached the use requirement.%针对测井仪器研发过程中,需要监测仪器的功耗,以便给仪器配置合适电池的需求,设计了一种能够在大动态范围内,连续监测直流小电流的检测系统,针对系统有连续监测微弱电流成分的特殊要求,设计了采用高输入阻抗法与差分运放I/V转换法提取放大信号、多级硬件电路滤波与数字滤波结合的抑制干扰方法,重点是抑制系统内部噪声与系统外部工频干扰;此外采用软件实现自动量程转换以满足大范围电流检测的需求,经实验验证达到使用要求.

    • 摘要: 通信分站在对井下传感器数据进行采集后,通过CAN总线上传至地面监控主机,需要CAN总线网络监控器将CAN数据转换为USB数据.设计的CAN总线监控器可以同时实时采集CAN网络中节点发送的数据帧以及其ID号.本监控器CAN总线通信部分采用C8051F060单片机控制其内置的CAN协议控制器,USB芯片采用FT245作为传输芯片.CAN总线网络监控器能在各种通信波特率条件下、能在较高通信效率条件下成功实现实时采集数据.

    • 摘要: 根据某测试任务的要求,对CAN传输的可靠性进行调研和分析,设计了一种基于PXI总线的CAN适配卡。以PCI9054为“桥接”芯片,以FPGA为核心控制器实现上位机与CAN接口的通信。以C8051F060作为CAN总线的核心控制器实现CAN数据收发、缓存及编帧等功能。该适配卡可靠性高,已稳定工作于某航天测控系统。%A CAN adaptor card has been designed according to the test task requirements based on PXI bus after the research and analysis of the reliability of CAN transmission.The PCI9054 was used as the“bridge” chip and FPGA was used as core control-lers to implement the communication between upper computer and CAN interface.The C8051F060 was used as the core device of the adaptor card to achieve the following functions,such as the command issued,the reception,the cache and coding of CAN date and so on.The card was put into service in a space measurement and control system depending on its high reliability.
