从隔离型换热节能系统的意义与原理出发,介绍了换热节能实验台控制系统的功能,对实验台控制系统的结构组成及现场控制器硬件与软件设计进行了描述.为了提高回风温度的控制精度,采用增量PID与操纵变量均匀执行的方法实现了实验台的电加热功能.最后对上位机软件的开发进行了说明.现场控制结果表明,该控制系统很好地完成了控制要求.%From the significance and principle of isolated heat exchange energy-saving system, the function of control system for heat exchange energy-saving test platform is introduced. The structure of test platform control system and the hardware and software design of field controller are expatiated. In order to improve the control precision of the return air temperature, the methods of increment PID and uniform execution of manipulated variable are used to realize electric heating function of the test platform. Finally, the development scheme of host computer software is presented. The control result in field shows that the control requirements are completed well.
