Fe-Ga合金超磁致伸缩薄膜的研究进展

     

摘要

Fe-Ga alloy giant magnetostrictive film (GMF) has gained more and more attention by people because of its superior integrated properties. So Fe-Ga GMF is expected to overcome shortcomings of other magnetostrictive materials (e. g. Terfenol-D and block Fe-Ga alloy). The present research situation and development trend of Fe-Ga film at home and abroad are reviewed. The effect of fabrication technology on composition, microstructure, and magnetostrictive performance of Fe-Ga GMF are summarized. In addition, the research results on the magnetic domain structure and magnetostrictive coefficient are also summarized. The basic problems about its applications are analyzed.%Fe-Ga合金超磁致伸缩薄膜(GMF)具有比Terfenol-D薄膜和块体Fe-Ga合金更加优越的性能,因此,对Fe-Ga GMF的研究已日益受到人们的重视.综述了目前国内外对Fe-Ga GMF的研究现状及发展趋势.主要总结了制备工艺对Fe-Ga GMF的成分、显微结构和磁致伸缩性能的影响,以及目前人们对磁畴结构和磁致伸缩系数的本构方程的研究结果.指出了Fe-Ga GMF要走向实用化必须解决的基础科学问题.
