超声振荡对多壁碳纳米管/VARTM用环氧树脂复合材料导电性能的影响∗

     

摘要

借助超声振荡工艺促进了多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)在 VARTM用环氧树脂(EP)中的分散,通过真空辅助树脂传递模塑成型(VARTM)工艺制备了 MWNTs/EP复合材料试样并研究试样的导电性能。结果表明,随着超声振荡时间、功率和频率的增大,不同 MWNTs添加量的试样导电性能均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。在超声振荡时间90 min、功率80 W和频率45 kHz 附近分别达到了阈值,MWNTs的添加量仅1%就可以达到降低纯 EP表面电阻率(1012Ω·cm)近4个数量级的要求。实验还运用扫描电镜(SEM)证实了 MWNTs在 EP中的分散情况。%The dispersion of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)in VARTM epoxy resin (EP)was promoted by ultra-sonic oscillations to prepare.MWNTs/EP composites through vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM)process,and sub-sequently the conductive properties were studied.Results showed that the conductive properties of the composites increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of ultrasonic time,power and frequency,and the composites with different MWNTs concentra-tion had the similar change tendency.The threshold was reached when the ultrasonic time,power and frequency were 90 min,80 W and 45 kHz,respectively.The addition of 1% MWNTs could reduce the surface resistance of epoxy resin (1012 Ω·cm)by 4 orders of magnitude.Meanwhile,the dispersion of MWNTs in EP was verified by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
