水热法合成花状MoS2纳米粉及其摩擦学性能

摘要:在无模板条件下,以Na2M0O4·2H2O为钼源、CH4N2S为硫源,用水热法在200℃反应24h制备了花状纳米级MoS2粉体;采用FE-SEM、EDS、XRD等对其结构和形成机理进行了研究;通过摩擦磨损试验对市售微米级和制备的纳米级MoS2添加到不同基础油后的摩擦学性能进行了研究。结果表明:所得产物为六方晶系的花状纳米级MoS2粉体,它们由数目不等直径约为500nm、厚度约为10nm的纳米片组装而成;相比于市售微米级MoS2粉,添加了纳米级MoS2粉的基础油具有更优良的润滑性能。%Flower-like nano MoS2 powders were prepared by hydrothermal method at 200 ℃ for 24 h using Na2M0O4·2H2O as the molybdenum source and thiourea (CH4N2S) as the sulfur source. The structure and formation mechanism were investigated by means of FE-SEM, EDS and XRD. The tribological properties of the base oils with the commercial micron and prepared nanometer MoS2 were analyzed through friction and wear tests. The results show that the products were flower-like nano MoS2 with hexagonal structure, and composed of a number of nano-flakes with diameter of about 500 nm and thickness of about 10 nm. The base oil with nano MoS2 had better lubricating properties than the one with the commercial micron MoS2.
