加入无磷三嗪衍生物添加剂菜籽油的摩擦学性能

             

摘要

A phosphorus-free triazine derivative was synthesized. The tribological properties of the natural rape seed oil with the derivative as additive and the one after esterification were investigated by using four-ball tribological tester. The worn surface morphology of the balls and chemical reaction products were analyzed by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the synthesized triazine derivative could effectively improve the extreme pressure capacity of the natural rape seed oil and esterification rape seed oil by 80% and 30%, respectively. The friction-reducing effect of the additive was unobvious in the rape seed oil before esterification, and it could effectively improve friction-reducing and antiwear capacities of the esterification rape seed oil. The triazine derivative took tribochemical reaction with the ball surface, then mixed boundary lubricating film which containing FeS and FeSO4 was formed, which played a role in friction-reducing and antiwear.%合成了一种无磷三嗪衍生物,用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了将其加入到天然菜籽油和酯化后菜籽油中的摩擦学性能,用X射线光电子能谱仪和扫描电镜分析了钢球的磨损表面形貌和化学反应产物.结果表明:合成的三嗪衍生物能有效提高了天然菜籽油和酯化后菜籽油的极压值,幅度可达80%和30%;该添加剂在天然菜籽油中的减摩效果不明显,但能有效提高酯化后菜籽油的减摩抗磨性能;在摩擦过程中,三嗪衍生物与钢球表面发生了摩擦化学反应,生成了含FeS、FeSO4等的混合边界润滑膜,从而起到减摩抗磨作用.
