聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的合成及性能

         

摘要

The effects of catalysts, materials ,reaction temperature, hard segment content and R value on the synthesis of polyether type thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU) and mechanical property of synthetic TPU were investigated. Results show catalytic effect of three of catalyst, Bi-8, 100-Ag and TPT, rose up when the initial reaction temperature increased. With the increase of hard segment content, the hardness, tensile strength, set out modulus, tear strength of PTMEG-1000 and PTMEG-1800 TPU improved, but breaking elongation decreased. With the increase of R value, mechanical properties of TPU improved. TPU synthesized using PTMECrl000 exhibited better the comprehensive property than that using PTMEG-1800. Compared with the product of Noveon, TPU synthesized using PTMGE-1000 had better mechanical property in 100% elongation, 300% elongation modulus and tear strength, but worse in breaking elongation and tensile strength.%研究了催化剂、原料品种、反应温度、硬段含量、R值等因素对聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)合成的影响,并对产物力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:Bi-8、100-Ag与TPT三种催化剂的催化效果都随起始反应温度的升高而增强;随着硬段含量的提高,TPu的硬度、拉伸强度、定伸模量、撕裂强度都同步增大,断裂伸长率则减小;随着R值的增加,TPU的力学性能提高;同时,采用PTMEG-1000合成的TPU的综合性能比采用PTMEG-1800合成的要好;与路博润同硬度产品相比,采用PTMEG-1000合成的TPu在100%定伸模量、3009/6定伸模量和撕裂强度上有所提高,但断裂伸长率和拉伸强度表现稍差。
