The effect of blending ratio on the structure and properties of PPS/PA66 blends with different ratio was studied in this paper in order to prepare a noval intake manifold of fuel car engine. DSC analysis showed that PPS/PA66 blends appeared the fusion peaks of two individual components. When the mass fraction of PA66 was under 60% , the crystallization of PPS was affected by the addition of PA66. The presence of PA66 hindered the crystallization of PPS, and lead to the lower tensile strength of blends. With the increase of PA66, the degree of crystallization, tensile strength and elongation at break of blends were improved. The phase of blends was changed with the content of component by SEM observation and infrared spectroscopy.%运用聚乙二醇(PEG)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)制备了聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体TPU.运用正交实验,总结出合成聚氨酯热塑性弹性体反应的最佳合成工艺条件:硬段含量Ch =40%,异氰酸酯指数R值=1.02,反应温度T=80℃,反应时间t=1.5 h.通过红外分析、元素分析、差示量热扫描分析确定了聚氨酯中链段的单元结构及性能.
