基体炭对炭/炭复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响

     

摘要

采用液相浸渍一炭化法制备了沥青基炭/炭复合材料(P-C/C)和沥青一酚醛树脂双基体炭/炭复合材料(D-C/C),研究了它们的增密效率、抗弯强度和摩擦磨损性能的差别。结果表明:P-C/C的增密效率高于D-C/C的;在体积密度基本相同的情况下,两种复合材料的抗弯强度相近;D-C/C的摩擦因数较大,磨损较严重;基体炭结构和性能的差别是造成两种复合材料摩擦磨损性能不同的主要原因。%Pitch-matrix carbon/carbon composites(P-C/C) and pitch & phenolic resin matrix carbon/carbon composites (D-C/C) were prepared using liquid impregnation/carbonization method. Densification efficiency, flexural strength and friction and wear properties of two kinds of carbon/carbon composites were studied. The results show that P-C/C exhibited higher densifieation efficiency than D-C/C. When the volume densities of the two kinds of carbon/carbon composites were the same, no apparent difference was shown in flexural strength. D-C/C showed a higher friction coefficient and fairly serious wear. The difference of structures and properties of matrix carbon caused different friction and wear properties of these two kinds of carbon/carbon composites mainly.
