铝含量对Cu-5.6Ni-2.5Mn-2Sn合金组织与性能的影响

             

摘要

Through component designing, Cu-5. 6Ni-2. 5Mn-2Sn alloy with different Al contents (Owt. %, 0.93wt. %, 2. 43wt. %) was prepared. In order to research the influence of Al content on microstructure and properties of Cu-5. 6Ni-2. 5Mn-2Sn alloy, cold deformation and heat treatments were carried out. The results show that there were developed dendrites and segregation of Sn in the cast microstructure of three alloys. After the best aging treatment, the maximum value of hardness hit 236 HV when Al content of the alloy was 2. 43wt %, and the highest conductivity which reached 15. 3%IACS when Al content of the alloy was Owt. %. The hardnesses of three alloys raised with increasing cold deformation degree. The alloy that contented 2, 43wt. % Al and with 50% cold deformation degree exhibited the best performance with hardness of 260 HV and conductivity of 10. 7%IACS. And severe cracking didn't occur during hot rolling, therefore it can replace Cu-9Ni-6Sn alloy.%通过合金成分设计,制备了3种不同铝含量(质量分数为分别0,0.93%,2.43%)的Cu-5.6Ni-2.5Mn-2Sn合金,并对其进行了不同的冷变形和热处理,研究了铝含量对其组织与性能的影响.结果表明:3种合金铸态组织中枝晶发达,存在锡原子偏聚;经各自最佳时效工艺处理后,含2.43%铝合金的硬度最大,达到236 HV,不含铝合金的电导率最高,达到15.3%IACS;随变形量的增加,合金的硬度不断增大;当冷变形量为50%时,含2.43%铝的合金硬度最高,达到260 HV,电导率为10.7%IACS,且加工时未出现裂纹,可以替代Cu-9Ni-6Sn合金.
