数控系统的路径规划是一个最优化问题,数据源在路径规划前进行优化具有重要的意义.DXF文件中可能存在多余图元、图元重复或图元交叉等影响加工效率、导致路径规划失败的错误.针对多余图元改进了DXF文件的读取算法,以图形中潜在的重合或交叉错误以直线图元为例提出了判别算法,最后进行有序化成环处理得到了适合路径规划的数据文件.%Path planning in NC system can be regarded as an optimization problem, optimizing the data source has important significance. In the DXF file may exist errors decreased machining efficiency even resulting in the failure of the path planning, such as redundant graphic element, repeated or crossed primitive. According to these problems, the DXF file reader algorithm was improved to avoid the redundant graphic element, an algorithm for determining the repeated or crossed primitive was applied in an example drawing only plotted with line segment. The ordering and cyclization of graphic element plotted a drawing document suit for the path planning.
