HSK热装刀柄工具系统扭转刚度分析

摘要

针对影响HSK热装刀柄工具系统扭转刚度的特性参数进行分析,找出其对系统扭转刚度的影响规律,并通过回归分析得出对系统扭转刚度最显著的影响因素,以对实际应用提供理论指导.分析结果表明,过盈量是对系统扭转刚度影响最显著的因素,过盈量以及夹持量对系统扭转刚度均成正影响,而转速对系统扭转刚度成负影响.%This paper mainly analyzes the characteristic parameters which influence on torsional rigidity of HSK shrink toolholder and tooling system, and the moat significant factors affecting the torsional rigidity can be acquired by regression analysis, which provides theoretical foundation to pactical application. The results show that interference amount is the most significant factor that affects the torsional rigidity ,interference amount and clamping length give positive impacts on torsional rigidity,while rotate speed gives a negative impact on it.
