通过对高速立式加工中心样机谐响应分析,得到加工中心的响应曲线,结合曲线分析加工中心样机振动的原因.查看加工中心在激振力的作用下每个共振频率点的振型,找出加工中心刚度薄弱的地方,提出两种结构改进方案.对比样机和改进后的方案曲线,选出较优的方案.%According to harmonic response analysis of high-speed vertical machining center, the response curves of the machining center were got, and vibration causes of the machining center were analysed with the curves. Viewing vibration modes of each resonance frequency port under action of the exciting force and found out where the stiffness was weak, and then propose two structure improvement schemes. Compare the curves of prototype with that of improved scheme, the more excellent scheme was selected.
