滤波锥孔的磨削加工

摘要

In this paper, manufacturing problems of filter tapered hole part were analyzed, and formal producing process was optimized. Manufacture results show that passing rate of filter tapered hole part is increased greatly.%对滤波锥孔零件的加工难点进行了分析,对原有加工工艺进行了优化.加工结果表明,采用优化后的工艺可以大大提高滤波锥孔的加工合格率.
