基于正交CCD图像反馈的自动打标控制系统研制

         

摘要

分析了现有高压天然气瓶气动打标的缺陷和不足,研究了正交CCD图像反馈技术,设计了以CCD图像信息为反馈源的打标机自动控制整体架构;研制了图像采集装置、机电伺服控制器和打标执行机构组成的硬件控制系统;开发了基于模块化的控制系统软件架构,并设计了由图像拍摄、像素增强、边界监测和轮廓提取四步组成的图像信息处理系统.样机试验表明:气瓶标记清晰完整,字符整齐美观,实现了对高压天然气瓶的高质量自动打标.%The current lack of pneumatic marking machine for high-pressure gas bottles is discussed in the paper, and the orthogonal CCD image capture feedback control system is proposed carefully. A general control frame is designed based on the CCD image feedback resource; the hardware of marking control system is presented, including image capture device, servo controller and pneumatic marking mechanism; the module ideal for program is expounded, and the image processing software is designed with four steps, including image capture, pixel enhancement, edge detection and feature extractions. The marking test shows that the mark is clear and completely, the characters are neat and attractive, the high marking property is achieved under the application of the methods discussed in this paper.
