经济型数控雕刻机的控制系统研究

     

摘要

依据机电一体化产品设计的基本原理、关键技术和研制原则,深入分析和研究了经济型数控雕刻机的控制系统.采用TA8435驱动芯片控制步进电动机,通过变频器实现主轴调速,利用计算机CPU直接控制和管理整个雕刻系统,雕刻软件通过对PC机并口输入、输出信息的控制来实现各项功能.整机结构紧凑,性能稳定.在保证控制信号传输迅速、准确的前提下,降低了产品成本.%Based on basic principles of mechanical-electrical integration products design, key technologies and development principles, this paper deeply analyses and researches the control system of economic CNC engraving machines. TA8435 chips are used to drive stepper motors. The frequency transformer control the spindle speed . The CPU of the computer directly controls and manages the whole system and engraving softwares uses parallel interfaces to input and output control informations in order to achieve various functions. Machine structure is compact, performance is stable. With the premise that control signals are transmitted rapidly and accurately, the cost of products are greatly reduced.
