在传统的工艺中万吨桨的中孔和端面都采用干式切削加工,这就存在切削区温度高,刀具寿命低的问题,使用纯水喷雾冷却技术可以较好地解决这一问题,并且纯水喷雾冷却还具有经济性好,绿色环保,加工表面质量好等优点.%Usually the dry machining method are used in processing the center hole and it's end surface machining of big propeller, so the cutting area's temperature become very high and the cutting tools life is short, pure water mist cooling technology can resolve this problem. It is more economical and more environmental friendliness, and also you can get better surface quality.
