冲压线机器人与压机动作协调方法

     

摘要

This paper describes a research on the method of the coordination of the robot and the press's movements in the robot automation press line. Based on the findings, the method of "the equal division of time & the matching of movements" is proposed by the author. Then the basic mechanism of this method and its application process are elaborated. To test its feasibility, a motion simulation using this method was carried out to a production line. The results of the test show that this method is of high feasibility and can improve the production efficiency. This method can also provide reference for the design of overall control plans of the robot automation press line.%对冲压生产线中机器人与压机的动作协调方法进行了研究,提出“时间等分-动作匹配”法,并阐述了其基本原理,展示了该方法的应用过程.进而,基于此方法对某条生产线进行了运动仿真.结果表明,该方法具有可行性,可提高生产效率,且可为机器人冲压生产线总体控制方案的制定提供参考.
