摘要

结合100％低地板有轨电车轮对特点——独立车轮,不存在中心孔,轴桥易变形,无法承受较大的轴向力等特点,详细分析了在通用机床上进行轮对旋修所面临的问题,并且通过采用制作工装、找正装卡、编制程序等多方面手段对旋修问题进行了一一解决.%Combining with the characteristics of 100％ low floor trams wheel set-independent wheel,without center hole,shaft bridge easily being deformed and unable to bear the large axial force etc.The problems of wheel set lathing on general machine tools are analyzed in detail.And through some methods such as producing tools,clamping work piece,programming etc.to solve the problems of wheel set lathing.
