基于数理统计方法的发动机关键零部件加工误差统计分析系统

     

摘要

以发动机缸盖关键工序加工误差分析为研究对象,应用数理统计方法建立加工误差统计分析模型,基于分布曲线法和点图法设计模块化分析系统.通过Visual Basic.NET实现加工误差统计分析系统.经实例验证,达到了发动机零部件加工误差统计分析过程的智能化和高效化的目标.为改进零部件加工工艺提供了可靠依据.%In this paper,the analysis of machining error in the key process of the engine cylinder head is taken as the object of study.The statistical analysis model of machining error is established by methods of mathematical statistics,and the modular analysis system is designed based on the distribution curve method and the spot diagram method.The statistical analysis system of machining error is realized by Visual Basic.NET.The example proves that the goal of intelligence and high efficiency in the process of statistical analysis of machining error of parts of the engine is achieved.It provides a reliable basis for improving the processing technology of parts.
