从加工误差常用的两种基本的统计分析方法(即分布图分析和-x-R图分析)入手.运用运用MATLAB中的GUI工具箱开发了计算机辅助加工误差的统计分析系统,并通过实例,说明了系统数据可视化,数据分析处理智能化、简单化、高效化等优点.%This paper makes a brief introduction to the GUI toolbox of MATLAB and two primary statistical analysis methods,that is,the theory of distribution graph analysis and x-R graph Analysis.Through the application of GUI,the Statistical Analysis System of Machining Tolerance was realized with the aid of computer.The system's advantages are illustrated through an example by making the data visual,and the data analysis process more intelligent,simplified and efficient.
