汽车记录仪保险丝搭接转换装置及其模具设计

摘要

Design background of fuse lap conversion device for automobile recorder was discussed.The design idea,process and working principle of the electric connection component and protective coat of the fuse lap conversion device were emphatically described,the design charts of electric connection component and protective coat were given.Layout design of electric connection component was introduced,and the assembly drawing of the multi-position progressive die for the forming electric connection component and the assembly drawing of the injection mold for the forming protective coat of fuse lap conversion device were given,and the characteristics of multi position-progressive die of the electric connection component were analyzed.The fuse lap conversion device for automobile recorder bad been developed and put into use reduced the production and management costs of auto parts manufacturing enterprises,improved productivity,and brought considerable economic benefits to the enterprises.At the same time,it could also provide some reference for the development of automotive electrical and mould.%叙述了汽车记录仪保险丝搭接转换装置设计的背景.着重阐述了保险丝搭接转换装置的电连接部件及保护外套的设计思路、过程和工作原理,给出了电连接部件及保护外套的设计图.介绍了电连接部件的排样设计,给出了成形保险丝搭接转换装置电连接部件多工位级进模的装配图和成形保护外套注塑模的装配图,并分析了电连接部件多工位级进模的特点.汽车记录仪保险丝搭接转换装置开发成功并投入使用,降低了汽车配件制造企业的生产和管理成本,提高了生产率,给企业带来较为可观的经济效益.同时,也可为类似汽车电气及其模具开发提供一定的借鉴意义.
