主要研究气动、液压与自动化技术在航空机械加工中的应用,针对飞机腹板、肋板、壁板的数控铣削加工,提出一种柔性、快速夹具方案.详细论述了柔性系统的机构组成、工作原理及PLC控制系统.采用支撑板与挡板定位,气动增力机构夹紧,利用PLC控制器,实现传感器感知、工件自动定位与夹紧,并编制了相应控制程序且调试成功.该技术为实际生产同类飞机结构件和实现柔性气动夹具系统在数控加工中的应用提供参考价值.%The application of the pneumatic,hydraulic and automation technology in aviation mechanical processing is study.For the NC milling of aircraft web,ribbed plate,siding,a plan for flexible and fast clamping fixture is proposed.The mechanism composition,working principle and PLC control system of the flexible system are discussed in detail.Using the support plate and the baffle for positioning and pneumatic boosting mechanism is used to clamp.Sensor sensing,automatic positioning and clamping of workpiece is implemented by utilizing PLC controller.The corresponding control program is worked out and debugging success.The technology provides a reference value for the actual production of similar aircraft structural parts and application of flexible pneumatic fixture system in numerical control machining.
