正交轴减变速一体化齿轮的参数化设计与数控加工

     

摘要

轻量化是传动系统的重要发展方向,基于功能融合思想提出了一种减变速一体化齿轮副,可最大限度地减小非圆齿轮传动系统的质量和占用空间,提高传动效率.给出直齿渐开线圆柱齿轮和非圆面齿轮进行减变速一体化传动的机构原理,根据空间齿轮啮合理论,建立非圆面齿轮的节曲线和齿廓方程;定义了减变速一体化齿轮的基本设计参数,根据范成加工原理,给出了非圆面齿轮参数化建模方法,并讨论了非圆面齿轮的根切、顶切及齿宽选取原则;通过参数化设计及数控加工实例验证了减变速一体化齿轮传动原理及其参数化设计的正确性和可行性.%Lightweight design is a significant development direction for transmission systems.Based on the function combination idea,a type of speed integration gears is presented to reduce the mass and volume and improve the transmission efficiency of the noncircular gear systems.Firstly the speed integration principle of a involute straight column gear and a noncircular face gear is illustrated.According to the meshing theory of spatial gears,the pitch curves and tooth surface equarions are deduced to provide theoretical basis for the geometrical design.Then the basic parameters of the speed integration gears are defined.The parametric design method of the noncircular face gear is proposed on the basis of gear machining principle,with the undercutring,rip-cutting and tooth width discussed.Finally,the parametric design of the noncircular face gear is implemented and the gear is machined by 5-axis NC milling machine,which could verify the feasibility and correctness of the transmission principle and the parametric design of the speed integration gears.
