An orthogonal gearwheel (106) connects a countershaft (108) arranged at the radial direction outer side position with an external tooth gearwheel (118) to an input shaft (104) orthogonally. The power of the input shaft is input into the internal tooth swiveling bodies (116A,116B) from the outer side radial direction via the countershaft.
