Based on the principle of FDM,the effect of nozzle temperature,layer thickness,printing speed and molding direction on the samples quality is investigated using desktop 3D printer to analyze the process reason of the defects of warping,bubbling and wire drawing during printing,according to which,the forming precision and quality of the sample are improved through parameter optimization.The advantages of 3 D molding can be given full play under the premise of low cost manufacturing,which provides support for promoting the popularization and application of desktop 3D printing technology.%基于熔融沉积成型的技术原理,利用桌面式三维打印机,研究了喷头温度、分层层厚、打印速度和成型方向对样品质量的影响,分析了翘曲、鼓泡、拉丝等打印缺陷产生的工艺原因,并进一步通过优化参数设置,改进了样品的成型精度和质量.以此在低成本制造的基础上充分发挥三维成型的优势,为促进桌面级3D打印技术的推广应用提供支持.
