中频弯管机工艺参数自动化控制系统的改造

摘要

针对中频加热弯管机的工艺参数自动化控制和管理落后的问题,通过采用PLC和工控机,实时控制显示弯管角度、推管速度和长度、加热温度和其他工艺参数,实时报警和进行技术数据存储,实现工艺管理和产品信息管理,提升弯管制造的自动化、信息化水平.%Aiming at backward in process parameter automatic control and management in medium frequency heating pipe bender,through PLC and industrial personal computer to control and display bend angle,ejector sleeve speed and length,heating temperature and other process parameters,alarm and store technical data according to actual time,and at last to achieve process management and product information management,improve the automation and information ability in producing bend.
