机床丝杠热误差的测量与补偿研究

         

摘要

In order to improve manufacturing accuracy of CNC machine tools,the modeling and compensation method of thermal error of screw is presented.The temperature sensor is arranged by analyzing the cloud of the thermal deformation of the screw.According to the relationship between temperature rising and error,the mathematical model of thermal error is established by using linear fitting method.By using the compensation module of HNC-848 NC system,the parameters are set to realize online real-time compensation.It is proved that the compensation method can improve the machining accuracy of the machine tool by measurement of laser interferometer.%为了提高数控机床的加工精度,提出了数控机床丝杠的热误差建模和补偿方法.通过分析丝杠的热变形云图得出温度传感器的布置位置.根据温升与误差的关系进行线性拟合建立热误差的数学模型.利用HNC-848数控系统的补偿模块进行参数设置从而实现在线实时补偿.经过激光干涉仪测量验证该补偿方法能够有效地提高机床的加工精度.
