姿控发动机羽流气动力测量试验方案初探

         

摘要

The engineering departments are paying more and more attention on the aerodynamic effects of large solar wings from Spacecraft attitude control engine plume. The llTN attitude control engine plume impingemented solar wing aerodynamic force measurement test scheme is proposed for the first time.With pumping speed 10 million liters per second of liquid helium cryopump technology to meet the requirement of high level of dynamic vacuum gas, with the method of measuring the displacement indirectly to obtain aerodynamic force data,with a High-precision electromagnetic force calibration device to execute local calibration of the measuring system, three technical difficulties in ground tests are solved, and higher measurement accuracy is obtained.%航天器的姿控发动机羽流对大型太阳能电池翼产生气动力效应越来越受到工程设计部门的重视。首次提出了117N姿控发动机羽流撞击太阳能电池翼的气动力的地面测量试验方案。针对地面试验的三个技术难点,采用抽速千万升每秒的液氦深冷泵技术满足高放气量的动态真空度要求;用可调节弹簧机构克服重力对气动力测量的影响;采用测量位移的方法间接测量气动力的数值大小,采用高精度的电磁力校准装置对测量系统进行原位校准,校准过程消除了系统误差对测量精度的影响,测量精度较高。
