铝蜂窝材料温度环境适应性试验研究

     

摘要

为了解不同温度下铝蜂窝材料的缓冲性能,对其环境适应性进行了试验研究,包括高低温静压试验(将铝蜂窝材料分别在高、低温箱中保温2h后进行准静态压缩)和高低温贮存试验(将铝蜂窝材料置于温度逐渐升高的高低温箱中保温9h后进行准静态压缩).高低温静压试验结果表明,铝蜂窝材料强度随温度升高而降低;高低温贮存试验结果表明,铝蜂窝材料强度基本不变,未发生失效.说明铝蜂窝材料环境适应性较强,可在极端环境下工作.%In order to obtain the cushioning properties of aluminum honeycomb at different tempera-tures, the experimental study on the environmental adaptability was carried out including high -low temperature static compression test and high-low temperature storage test .The high-low temperature static compression test was carried out by compressing the aluminum honeycomb after being insulated in a constant temperature incubator for 2 hours and the results showed that the compression strength of aluminum honeycomb decreased as the temperature increased .The high-low temperature storage test was carried out by compressing the aluminum honeycomb after being insulated in a variable tem -perature incubator for 9 hours and the results showed that the strength of the aluminum honeycomb was basically the same , and no failure occurred .All the tests showed that the aluminum honeycomb had wide environmental adaptability and could work under extreme conditions .
