浅谈高效生态农业的科技支撑能力建设——以黄河三角洲为例

摘要

发展高效生态农业是黄河三角洲高效生态经济区建设的战略重点,如何依靠科技支撑实现高效生态农业又好又快发展,成为一个需要深入研究的课题。文章从高效生态农业的本质出发,立足黄河三角洲区域特色和发展需求,分析明确了农业科技支撑能力建设的总体思路、支撑的重点领域,并研究提出了保障措施,以期探索出一条破解高效生态农业发展难题的新途径。%The construction of the Yellow River Delta High-efficiency Eco-economic Zone strategically focused on the development of high efficient ecological agriculture.Therefore,how to realize rapid and better development of high efficient ecological agriculture relying on the support of science and technology became to a topic which needs further study.Beginning from nature of high efficient ecological agriculture and based on the characteristics and requirements in the Yellow River Delta,the general idea and key areas of constructing the capacity to support high efficient ecological agriculture were analyzed and defined.In addition,the guarantee measures were put forward in the paper in order to explore a new way to solve the problem for developing high efficient ecological agriculture.
